Meet the Staff
Ms. Kayla
Bio
Although Ms. Kayla has not been apart of the YNLC family for long, she has worked in the field for over 6 years. Working with children from the ages of infants through 2 year-olds. Ms. Kayla will be starting college in the fall of 2026 with a focus for an associates in child development and a bachelors in social work.
Nap Time
Once in this class, children only take one nap a day. Children take their nap after they finish their lunch (typically around noon) and normally sleep for roughly two hours.
Growth & Development
Children not only have fun playing both inside and outside utilizing toys, books and arts & crafts. In this class, teachers also begin to nurture the children in developing reading and writing skills.
Personal Space
Children receive an individual cubby where parents can leave necessities such as diapers and extra clothing. Children will also utilize these spaces to leave any arts & crafts/projects they have worked on in class and are ready to be brought home.
